GTA1 looks like utter dogshit on PS1.
After you complete Crash 2, there isn't really anything left to do, doesn't even have time trial.
So the best value for your money is either Tekken 3 or RE2. Personally I would pick Resident Evil 2.

RE2 has many other better versions in other consoles, and the PS1 doesn't really offer anything exclusive like the N64 version does so I would get Tekken 3.

This is the truth. Everything to do in the game, even to fully complete it, is either incredibly easy or utterly obscure bullshit. It contains very few fair challenges, let alone anything comparable to relic trials.
