Where can a guy source prebuilt, blank SNES pcb boards to flash custom roms onto and make cool projects like this, without having to fucking build my own pcb board from scratch?

The cheap bootleg Snes carts on aliexpress and other places just use flash chip, they'll put any game on them that you ask but you might end up with an old translation.
