Is there any point to hiring prostitutes other than RP purposes? Probably not, at least not in vanilla. Every prostitute you hook up with should provide the player a new perk. Nobody in their right mind would sleep with Maude and Jimmy unless they're deliberately trying to RP as the most dark twisted fucked up degenerate imaginable. But if they provided the player perks like Gerontophile (+10% damage VS. senior citizens! and unlocks special dialogue options!) and Zesty (+10% damage bonus VS. gay niggers! and unlocks special dialogue options!) these "pointless" characters would suddenly become very important to FNV's story. completionists would feel forced to have sex with them out of fear of missing out on valuable perks

This post is peak retard, even the frontlines vastly differed in those conflicts, let alone differences between technologies. There is a big difference between being butchered by melee weapons, and being shot by guns, or dying from an explosions of artillery, or worse surviving turned into a cripple.

Most fronts in WW2 were less bad to serve in than WW1, because they had less trench warfare, less mass charges, no chemical warfare, and comperatively less artillery strikes.

African tribal warfare is way less stressful than an actual semi-modern war. There skills could help a soldier survive, e.g. how rhodesians held off massively more numerous tribals.

As to the Fallout fiction, it's less bad than a world war, but more bad than tribal warfare, due to the technology avaible, and the lengths factions are willing to go to, such as to irradiate towns.

Having RPG sex fully heals you. At a cost to the player in certain circumstances of course. In FNV terms getting laid should ideally grant players full HP, cure all addictions, restore Sleep/Thirst/Rads/Hunger meters to zero and unlock the player a new perk. Sometimes costing caps and Karma points though for example:

If there was such a perk, it would be some grand game changing choice, like low int was.
When you pick this perk all your combat skills set to zero for every direct combat application with no way of increasing them. You get unique speech options and get more XP from using them, you can have more companions at once.
The new dialogue options should dive deep into the story of the world, youll have to basically give up big chunk of the game (combat) in your pursuit of knowledge. You are not a fighter, you are stuck in the past and secrets of old interest you more than new shiny magnum.
I would make more penalties to this perk, but it would require actually a lot of work.
