This isn't exactly a kiseki thread but I have to ask

1. Why are time and space also the dark and light elements.

2. Why are lightning, ice, and plant at times seperate from wind,
water, and earth

3. Why does water get the short end of the stick out of all the elements

Water is the only element that lets you heal in the early games, and it's the only element that lets you revive unconscious characters.

I've seen this with FF games making the "dark" spells something gravity-related. Although, they still have literal "holy" as a spell.
I guess they just want to avoid the good/evil dichotomy, make them based on the natural world instead of religion.

Why not?
>2. Why are lightning, ice, and plant at times seperate from wind, water, and earth
because even though humans are 60% water we don't call humans a liquid
>3. Why does water get the short end of the stick out of all the elements
Unlike most other things in trails water can do both healing and massive damage. Water Quarts give HP which is always useful. It's in no way as bad as wind for example. They even buffed wind in later games to have healing moves since it was quite bad, nobody wants 5% evasion as opposed to HP

>nobody wants 5% evasion as opposed to HP
uhhhh this is actually false for most characters in the series

hwat? evasion is only built on Fie

As long as you had at least 50% Evasion, Insight could push you to perfect physical evasion for basically the entirety of CS. On top of that evasion tank abuse started in Crossbell.
Wind is also generally responsible for AoE healing in the series, so I'm not sure why you'd call Wind a useless element.

Wind had no healing properties in the Sky games.

I just find it really cool and wondered if there was any reason too it.

he literally just explained where wind quartz is needed for healing spells
You sound like you haven't played the games.
