The 'patch notes' for when Civ 7 enables playing as one-civ for the entire game was leaked via steamdb. Everything you see here is under NDA and you are not supposed to see it.
The 'normal' way of playing as a civ through the whole game is now 'Anachronistic Civs', and you have a 'Syncretism' mechanic that allows for you to take another civ's atribute (like a UU) to carry to another.
Gilgamesh is making a return.
