So it turns out that Error Log, the guy who lost a debate to Mango, is actually the alt of a friend of LoreDad, a HOI4 YouTuber and former Kalter Krieg developer. The channel is completely astroturfed and this explains why LoreDad propped up EL since day one. There's more on KF including Error Log praising himself on Discord so have fun with that.

They started working on TFR about the same time as realism clique took over TNO. They did the "TNO style and feel" better than the nuTNO itself and made vastly more contetent and all TNO has to show is Fiji skeleton, Mexico demo, Brazil demo and Ukraine demo.
No wonder TFR poached TNO player base.

Fair enough, I didnt use 2chan and only really know them from basedjack anyway.
And yeah they are insecure as sin, I mean you can just use two different devices and get around any IP and MAC restriction anywhere too.
Wouldve been somewhat cool regardless to atleast make the spam slightly less constant

Trying to make the old TNO music mod (Last Waltz of Europe) work with Requiem and it's a fucking pain.
At first TLWOE simply doesn't show up and is replaced with the default TNO soundtrack. I change a line of code it appears but it's without any songs. I change another line of code it breaks both TLWOE and the TNO Sountrack.
I fucking hate coding.

It's alright. I just remade the music mod from scratch and it works fine. I believe it was because both mods had the designation "tno_music" so I just changed that to "tno_tlwoe"
Time for some Rodzaevsky Gaming.

very trustworthy sources tell me that some content is coming out soon and it's not actually the africa update. well... "soon", it depends, you know how TNO works. But i am certain Africa rework isnt coming as the next update.
>>
>>
>>
>>2333397
is there any chance at all they rollback the africa changes, or do they at least understand, after their nonsense britain demo rework, that they need to release the same if not more content than they are removing?
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
Any news on what Requiem is doing?
Is Tsars and Soviets being tested yet?
What will the update be after that
What are they working for Quality of Life and bugfixes?
Are there any lolcows like Mango at Requiem? I'm new to the mod and want to know as much as possible.
>>
>>
>>2333411
Iberia has been in fine tuning since last September or something so you might not want to celebrate just yet. Although yes, it's probably doing better than the German rework.
>>2333425
Their next release is supposed to be be Berezniki a new Russian unifier. After that I think they're doing fixes across Russia but I'm not sure. Most QoL and fixes they've done has been fixing the combat and economy is a bunch. They don't really have any big lolcows though. Five was a bit of one early on with his many announcements before the others reined him in but that's pretty tame. They also had a lead named Jeff that ragequit one day, leaked mostly TNO documents to "own" them and did all of this under his real account. But that was over as soon as it started. Surprisingly, orienting your mod around gameplay instead of politics seems to help here.
Hope that helps.
>>
>>
>>
>>2333079
Counterpoint there's actual content for the other mods to put in an OP for the general so you don't need anyone to make joke images for it.
>>2333513
Jeff had nothing to do with that. Like the other anon said it predates him having anything to do with the team and when he did attack them he used his real Google Drive and Discord accounts to do so. After that fiasco he promptly vanished from the HOI4 community.
>>
>>2333517
>>2333515
Fair enough.
>>2333425
If you want the scoop on Requiem look at the questions they ask in their poll channel. Such as questions about raiding, air force balance, 2wrw balance, their new Infantry Fighting Vehicle unit class, armoured cars, which US presidents should be replaced, takeout trees yes or no, polls about multiplayer stability, and regional difficulty balance.
Oh and an example of a modernized Petlin portrait and asking if it's better than the old one.
Seems to me like they are working on all of that behind the scenes and polling the community for feedback

They do it because they hate the mod they hijacked and the userbase they inherited. Once you understand this and the fact that they just want to retell historical events it all makes sense.
>"Why not make their own mod from scratch then?"
Because then they'd be a worse and more irrelevant Kalterkrieg.
>"But it's worse."
If you care about TNO and HOI4 gameplay. If all you want to do is to write about historical socialist politics and anti-colonial struggles in Africa in the 60s, then it makes sense, doesn't it?

So I played the requiem south africa and I gotta say I wasn't impressed. The ANC and Boers have no content and the game ends after the war. There were like 5 focuses for each outcome of the war which was nice but not enough. I didn't really care for 70% of the events which the game bombarded me with.
It suffers from the same design flaws as the base TNO. It spends too much time polishing a tiny time period and blueballs you at the end. If the writing was spread out between different paths and longer scale it would've been good but I don't want to read 100th event about people I don't know doing stuff I don't care about. Even in visual novells you get to make choice and different routes have different content so this is not a critique of VN in HOI4 but of how this VN is implemented
>>
>>2335163
Makes sense sense the mod tries to be a compromise between 2024 TNO and old TNO. Doesn't mean it always hits the mark. Play Rises Again instead, it's probably more up your alley. Hopefully with time Requiem sees the writing on the wall and moves further away from TNO's design philosophy instead of just putting the brakes on their bad reworks.
>>
>>2335208
RA suffers from another problem which is lack of effort and very low production quality. I think there's something both sides need to learn from eachother. Requiem needs to spread it's wings and move on instead of polishing old piece of demo content from 2020 and RA needs to concentrate on a single country instead of making 400 sloppy paths scrapped together from unfinished code.
>>
>>2335306
Don't you mean the other way around? But yes if so I agree that both mods can get better. I hope they will eventually. At least RA has the excuse of being a solo project and honestly even if they don't always deliver at least they aren't aggressively self destructing like TNO is.

Honestly, of all the things that TNO toozed over the years the Italy stuff still pisses me off the most.
Scorza was one of the first playthroughs I did when the mod first released and I really enjoyed it, and when they announced 4 successor Duces I was incredibly hyped.
>Imperialist Balbo
>Securocrat Pavolini

We got none of that. Nada. Nil. Italy had content removed from it and I can guarantee that if anything was coded for Fascist Italy in the first place they scrapped it all by now.

>>

We got leaks last year proving otherwise. Germany and Italy weren't enemies any more but more skin to competitors that respected each other's boundaries. This makes the choice of Duce matter less and locks in their forpol when the original plans were more dynamic. Another victim of Germany's plot armor really.
>>
>>
>>
>>2336904
In their Twitter announcement of the US rework last summer, they stated 'next year'.
Highly unlikely, given how notorious this joke of a mod is at releasing updates (and especially those with full content, the last one we saw almost three years ago with Silicon Dreams)

speaking of foreign policy in the region, The geo politics of italy’s sphere is actually pretty interesting. They have a monopoly on middle eastern oil along with control of global trade via the Suez. The italians would be making so much money from their oil revenues alone that massive infrastructure investments and social safety nets are not a financial burden. Their only real competitors in terms of oil production are the americans since the Germans don’t export their oil considering they only have baku and iran and the japanese have so little they just prefer to buy italian.
>>
>>2337029
I think it's to insult the devs. There was one that had the Schorner doc, said it was just a gutter Goring, and posted tidbits proving it while saying it was shit and that Lamounier was a fag. "It's not even worth leaking" seems to be a new thing for team members.
>>
>>2337037
The only things the italians really worry about is the turks taking a bit of that oil revenue, The germans can’t really get a piece of the oil other than backing iran and its interests. If anything the germans probably don’t compete with italy in the middle east but in africa over algeria and french africa’s abundant uranium reserves

Is literally no minor country capable of earning any amount of profit except via decisions and the only way to stave off debt is to conquer new lands? The fuck were they thinking with this economy system?
>>
>>2337394
Former dev here. There were people on the team that wanted you to be able to be able to construct buildings that'd contribute to your growth. All of these ideas were shot down by Lam (the code lead) with only the infrastructure contribution to growth sneaking its way into the mod. If the gameplay gang had it their way you'd have equivalents to the office buildings in TFR except they'd also contribute to your development growth too depending on what you built. This refusal to let you (or the AI) directly impact the economy is why almost all countries without focus trees constantly get into debt crises and it's also why they have to bolt on a new economic mini game in every update.
tldr one man's bad decision ruined the economy system and made every update take 10x longer to make.
>>
>>2336844
>>2337037
Removing the rivalry between Germany and Italy would be such a braindead decision. It would be such an interesting setup to have Italy become the fourth superpower and leverage its oil wealth to finance proxy wars. The oil crisis would even work perfectly as an existential threat to them in the late game.
Removing the rivalry also makes Germany's geopolitical situation less interesting as Italy aligning against them would be the most immediate threat against them that doesn't come from inside the Reich.

I think italy and the reich are still rivals, At least by current lore it’s just that the italians still begrudgingly trade oil and industrial goods with the germans. also I think italians encourage jewish settlement in palestine which I definitely don’t think the germans like. By my reckoning they seem to be rivals who begrudgingly tolerate one another and try to keep out of each others hair until the oil crisis

what about this mod makes the community so rabbidly retarded?
Tried was playing iberia because I hear allegidly that there was an hidden event where the US returned the portuguese african colonies if Iberia helps in the african war. That would make sense, from a real life prespective, the US did this for portugal in East timor after ww2, and they very swayed fascist spain to NATO during the cold war. Iberia being not alinge
After not being able to do it, I make the grand error of asking their cesspit of a discord if I missed anything. Just to get dogpiled by several agressive discord retards shooting out meaningless slurs while suck so much cock for the writers that even mia kalifa would be envious.
Its a hoi4 mod with mediocre writting and the most nonsensical power dynamics, I really dont get how niggas take this so seriously
>>
>>2337978
It's because most remaining fans of TNO as well as devs on the team don't play HOI4. Never have, never will, nor do they care about it. They saw a super event compilation on youtube or read about the politics on Discord and jumped on. They're there for vibes, politics and nothing more.
Compare and contrast with any other Paradox community without any e-cloud and there's nothing of this. Nada. It's all fake, gay and propped up by niggers that never played the game nor will they ever.

They integrated a submod to rework Britain, they released the first few years of collab content. It was good, so of course the rest is never coming.
Penelope's Web withered on the vine, no Italy rework in sight.
Manchukuo is stalled.
There's a Germany rework in the works, which removes the civil war and so will require a rework of most of Europe. Burgundy is smaller and is getting removed entirely soon +two weeks.
There's an Amur rework that's stalled forever.
Various Latin American countries and Iberia are the only things that actually have a chance of appearing.
America is getting reworked entirely, might come out in late 2026 or 27.
Africa is getting entirely reworked, no more South African War and Britain is getting its colonies back (which ruines the Britain rework.
Oh, and Antarctica got content, for some godforsaken reason.
Maybe France will get content? Eventually?
There are two major forks, Requiem and Rises Again, but both haven't put out too much.

It's dead.
About a year after you left the realism clique did a full takeover of the mod, purged everyone they didn't like and abolished leadership elections. They have since mostly just cut tags and made pointless reworks no one wants, like a map rework that makes everything look like this and allowed you to play as Antarctican tags where you just read events and play a minigame.

They're deleting all of the current content just to add in OTL Africa. All skeletons, no gameplay. The all European reworks were completely fucked to accommodate this and set the mod back by years.
For your convenience, here's also a summary of all promises that were broken by the realism clique with their endless reworks.

That's absolutely insane. You're right, it's all past tense and reads like a dev pretending we dodged a bullet by removing all this problematic content. I did learn one thing though.
>When the Lobster War was first introduced in Cold Southern Springs, the main opponent to Brazil was Zentralafrika. Zentralafrika's role was replaced with French West Africa in Débrouillez-Vous. These early versions of the Lobster War were also unable to escalate into a Third World War.
I always thought it'd just be cut since the concept of having a piece of otl France be a 1:1 stand in for Kongo Muller's illegitimate mercenary state is so stupid that it never even entered my mind as a conceivable concept.

Iberia team will release an update sometime before summer.
USA devs will prob release their rework Q4 2026-Q1 2027
Germany is moving slowly, last time i checked borman was practically done and Speer was in dev hell.
Latam team is prob active.
Antarctica team is working on content for jap Antarctica.
Africa team is working on their rework.
Manchuria and Russia are moving at a snails pace (Amur and Tyumen reworks are closest warlords to being finished).

>REALITY CHECKER
>Iberia team will release an update sometime before summer.
By the way used to be last autumn, then December or January.
>USA devs will prob release their rework Q4 2026-Q1 2027
Source: Mango, literally. Take with all the salt in Kazakhstan.
>Germany is moving slowly, last time i checked borman was practically done and Speer was in dev hell.
True. Added context is that they've been on a four year rework plan so far. It was also "practically done" before they lost their early game war (SAW) and presumably have to replace it with new GUI minigames.
>Latam team is prob active.
True, they're the only people on the team that actually get playable tags out any more. In any other team they'd be considered a B or C team side show but they've unironically become the stars of TNO just by showing up to work.
>Africa team is working on their rework.
They said earlier that the summer was a good ballpark for a skeleton only release. Time will tell. I can actually believe it if it's just skeletons.
>Manchuria and Russia are moving at a snails pace (Amur and Tyumen reworks are closest warlords to being finished).
Neither has had documented progress in several years and all they've managed to do that we know of in the meantime has been to plan more sweeping reworks like the one for Komi.
>Turkey has also seen some work according to a bilibili leak.
They recently collapsed but got resurrected, actual status of their rework is unknown though since we don't know how much of the BiliBili leak is pre-team collapse/post-resurrection.
>Every other team is practically dead
True, other than that we just get plans for irrelevant island skeletons or a talentless idea guy/artist from the Lamounier or Mango cliques putting out some grandiose plans that they'll never even be able to make content for.

Requiem is bumpy but the thread consensus is cautiously optimistic. They released a SAW update, actually got the mod working with the latest DLC unlike the main mod and plan to add a new Russian unifier next in the form of Berezniki in the near future. They recently canceled their planned America rework, but that seems to be over the dev being a realismfag and in the light of irreconcilable differences they're instead fixing up Nixon's content in the short term.
More of a Rises Again stan myself but at least Requiem seems to be moving along. Both forks have big issues though as you'd expect since TNO proper is practically dead and has completely killed all its hype at this point. Bear in mind, a lot of positivity both for R and RA come from the fact that TNO is practically dead and people are just happy that there's a chance for something better in the future.

I think an early 2027 release is plausible. As the 64 presidents are in fine tuning. You prob right though and we’ll get summer of 27 release.
>Neither has had documented progress in several years and all they've managed to do that we know of in the meantime has been to plan more sweeping reworks like the one for Komi.

>>
>>2339933
Iberia's been in fine tuning since last year and they missed several of their leaked internal deadlines. I'm not calling you dumb or anything but I think you're taking their claims more seriously than they deserve given their proven track record of constant failures. Nudevs just can't dev. Simple as.

>the border skirmish between Ngubustan and Mbutungu has the same impact as the SAW between America and the SS because it happened IRL
Considering the dev team is full of the types of people who jerk off over third world socialist guerilla groups, yeah probably.
>>
>>2340050
I remember well Tno niggers on discord telling me without a once of irony panama would be more relevant for content than France. They really have this kind of fetish for the third world.
You can also read the dev diaries on debrouillez vous to see where the narrative is going.
>>
>>2340067
I mean, TNO was always very obviously and thoroughly left-wing. I don't think there is anyone that will ever dispute this. However if you pay attention to any of the events about LATAM or the Trujillo stuff it's really on another level how much they love to suck off irrelevant third world communists, and just how fucking preachily it is written.
Sablin's commiewank fantasy was transparent, but at least it was implicit. Some tags try to play the "from the perspective of the nation" position at least somewhat. The most egregious thing about old TNO was the fact that every path which wasn't a liberal democracy or libertarian socialism was le doomed to fail.
The New TNO writing feels like every world event is published by Pravda or some college campus anarchist society's news rag. Usually the latter.
>>
>>2340067
>>2340121
Even if TNO was always a largely left-wing thing (especially after Panzer got troll's remorse) old TNO always had a fun factor that let you override that bullshit. Don't like Sablin shit? There were other routes with content for a general audience. Don't like fully political, zero gameplay content? You could always enjoy Russia and parts of Germany to name the standouts.
These types of content used to be able to coexist in harmony. TNO would never have reached as wide of an audience as it once did if they hadn't catered to both conventional HOI4 players and the dregs that we now recognize as the rapidly diminishing nuTNO audience. TNO could still be a relevant albeit polarizing mod if they'd simply kept this arrangement but instead they decided to delete every war from a wargame and then pretend to be surprised when they lost their entire audience to TFR, RA and R.

Its been a slow few days so I have arrived to save the situation. I am the one who has told you about the yippie mechanics and i promised to share the git.
I was unsuccessful in getting the Git, however, i have something you will love. Heres a message from our golden boy Mango, to a great year of leaks and making fun of devniggers may we go anons. Enjoy the message!
Yippie! will be the beginning of the TNO 2.X.X update cycle as we work up to the conclusion of the Cold War.
The patch will include, among other things:
> Refurnished America content up to 1977
> The full scope of the Débrouillez-vous patch
> New German starting content (1962-1964) from Victor and the Judge, with all Fuhrer (Existing Speer, Bormann, Heydrich) content afterwards preserved
We've had a great first 2 weeks with Yippie! in fine tuning, and I hope as development continues we'll have your help in making the largest, and most pivotal, TNO patch yet.
Quick addendum on a couple things:
> France & Sweden skeletons are moving from V&J to here;
> Burgundy is also being removed here;
> First-year Himmler content maybe included but no promises yet;
> This will keep the current release goal of 2026, development wont be slowed down due to it;
> Yippie will include Space content!;
> Gorky will be nuked early game.
Its a lot to take in, isnt it?
>>
>>2343823
Feel like I'm misunderstanding something here, are you telling me that all of their chirping over a germany rework that's been years in the making only covers 2 years...we're getting britain all over again.
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>2343823
>V&J is just going to be a demo
>Two skeletons repeatedly fucked over by endless reworks and purges dropping, 0 playable content or interactions with playable tags (outside of the German demo maybe)
>A Russian tag being deleted is all progress they made in several years
>All African content deleted, nothing playable, just some skeletons
>Burgundy being deleted, replaced with nothing, not even pretending that the Himmler path is dropping any more
>Also 20 years of US content for the mod that infamously never releases anything playable for anyone anywhere
This mod is so fucking dead and I hope all remaining devs kill themselves.
>>2343838

>>
>>

Knowing how Mango was in TCT "misdirections", I suppose ripping off the bandaid in one stroke of the so-called realism complaints is in character.
I wonder if they will advertise the changes, or keep the nixing of everything at once as a 'nasty surprise' to keeps things contained until the last second.
>>
>>2343873
They said in their original document that the plan was to slow boil the frog and earn goodwill by dropping some positive content as a buffer against the hate. They knew they'd eat shit over this. Guess they're just going to accept the hate and offer absolutely nothing in return except for a German demo and the US content... That they themselves admitted would get them in trouble with their fans.
An alternate explanation: They know that everyone that cared about the original content already left so it doesn't matter if literally no one outside of the TCT clique likes any of this.
>>
>>
Serious question for any TNO dev that isn't invested in Mango's clique: what do you even get out of working on the mod? All you do is erase content that was more popular than anything you'll do and most of your fanbase have moved on to different mods and either hate or forgot about you. Is it just a social obligation at this point?

Doesn't Germany recreationally nuking random cities in Russia over pissant border raids into Moskowien fuck over a lot of the planned impact of America nuking Haiti? I guess 1WRW might as well end up being retconned out of existence at this rate if this is going to be Germany's nuclear doctrine. Even if it isn't the case NOW it wouldn't surprise me if that ended up happening down the line as Germany's plot armor intensifies.
>>
>>
>>2344101
I haven't bothered booting up the mod in ages so I sometimes forget that Moskowien's rework turned the country into a relatively stable spot because the dev believed that you couldn't do guerrilla warfare in Russia which is why they removed the MCW. Guess they can't get raided either. Heaven forbid that we'd have some tension in the world.
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>2344261
Yes and no. If you take one step into the sacred soil of a country with nukes everyone just fires their entire arsenals at everyone but they recently undid that to allow for nuking harmless nations for no reason, like obliterating Haiti if your side in a proxy war loses or - apparently - if a few Russian bandits enter Germany's colony to steal stuff.
>>2344263
False. Nuking them is very much a lose button but only because it makes the whole world hate America for being evil and racist and seeing nukes used is really shocking to the world. Despite Germany using them against random Russians, I guess.

So if i’m getting this right, Iberia and revamped latam skeletons are coming sometime around q1 of this year, Then this update around q3-4 and if we’re lucky we get Vnj in full around q1-2 of 2027. It’s a good start but this sorta content should have been coming out at least 2 years ago, Moreover Content for italy, france, Britain, japan, china, Manchuria, and russia all need to be complete. Best case scenario, They release 1/2 of the above content by 2030 at minimum
>>
>>2344571
>This sorta content should have come out at least 2 years ago
They're removing all content from four tags in this update so unless you're really into American politics and that alone you're getting a net negative with this plan. The only thing you mentioned that has any hope is Iberia.
>>
>>
>>2344605
Well even if you dislike it you're replacing something playable parts of the community liked with something unplayable that got such awful feedback that the devs went full bunker mode and bitched about low morale in their internal notes. Panzer was nowhere near as bad. Under his reign you had TNO instead create its own iconic characters like Tabby, Serov, Yockey and others that would go on to become well-known favorites in the modding scene. NuTNO takes away all the fun and gives you nothing in return with a few promised exceptions in America. Even if it's all rooted in Mango's BDS/TDS, things like emperor Nixon, Dr. Strangegoldwater and Schlafly going Nazi over abortions is at least humorous and will likely end up being unintentionally kino (if it actually releases in my lifetime).

Made an updated Version.
USA- Full rework, npp cut and replaced with otl Reps V. Dems, 40 candidates are being added. Release date said to be Q4 2026. (take with grain of salt tnos devs are notorious for breaking their promises.)
Africa- Submod Débrouillez-Vous is being integrated, replaces actual playable content with skeletons.
Germany- Bormann is near completion, Speer is in dev hell. GCW is also getting cut in favor of a power struggle called the Kampfeitz.
Allegedly the USA rework, the africa rework, and the kampfeitz are all coming out together.
China/Japan- TSS development has seemingly stopped. Idrk much about it
Manchuria- The Creaking wheels progress has creaked to a halt.
Russia- Most of Russia is getting reworked, Amur and Tyumen are the closest to being done. The main dev left the team so development is probably either dead or slow.
Latam- Brazil team is finishing the rest of the democratic leaders. The Chilean team is dead. The Argentina team seems to be alive, they plan on releasing the democratic leaders first. Mexico is getting full content.
RKs- Moscow and Ostlands collapse have been cut and are in rework hell. Rk Ukraine is getting 10? Years of content (and a single democratic ukraine leader is getting content)
Canada- Canadian dev is dead
Antarctica- Antarctica team is working on skeleton content. When they're done with that they are working on Jap Antarctica.
Iberia- The next update, probably will come out before/during summer.
Greece- Teams dead
Italy- Practically dead. Last I heard they were close to finishing all fascist leaders' content. (they also might have cut a couple red italy paths?). Italy rework never
France- France content got ruined by DV so a large part of it has to be scrapped.
UK- Has to rework their rework in order to fit with new DV lore (even though devs have said their incompatible)
Turkey- Turkey has seen some work according to billi billi leak (still will never come out)
>>

>>2349971
>Allegedly the USA rework, the africa rework, and the kampfeitz are all coming out together.

Swedish skeleton is closely tied to the GCW rework because of the Nuclear bomb event chain

The Congo crisis is closely tied to Yippie considering that it's a kind of Vietnam parallel (in the sense that it's the decade defining US foreign venture)

That actually makes sense since the entire game universe collapses otherwise due to all the changes they made. Because you don't even need America to lose WW2 to do any of that!

>Because you don't even need America to lose WW2 to do any of that
Haven't you noticed that Mango is rolling back every consequence of the US losing WW2, starting with the much maligned and le unrealism treaty ports, then Hawaii (because why wouldn't the Japanese want a strategically located island with a large ethnic Japanese population), then various pacific islands.

Wouldn’t race relations be far worse anyway considering white supremacy would be normalized at least in europe? Moreover If the us went as hard on civil rights as it did otl it would just alienate the european populace that they would be claiming to liberate. Imagine how much of a propoganda goldmine the reich would have when photos of soldiers enforcing desegregation in the south come out. It would literally prove the reichs propoganda right that the “jewish cabal” in control of the us is so buthurt that they couldn’t flood europe with africans that they harm their own host nation purely out of spite for germanic success. Would white americans not gradually begin to at least understand the reich when it proclaims to represent white interests more than its government does? Yippie never answers this because the devs can’t understand the legitimate grievances against multi racialism that the native white population has

also it seems inevitable that the us would be even more left wing in this timeline considering it was a republican who lost the second world war. What seems likley if we’re playing this realistically is that the left goes super hard on civil rights and mass immigration, gets involved in useless proxy conflicts in africa because they stupidly believe that africans are capable of self governance, Then alienate their own populace with their own unpopular policies, then a hard right backlash would occur either to isolationism or open sympathy for the reich

guarantee you that by the 21 century the us in tno tl some trumpist figure will attempt to do detente with the european empires simply because it’s what the base wants, The left would go fucking insane, And the Us would gradually spiral down into violence between pro reich nationalists and pro soviet third worldists. The third reich wouldn’t even blame americas citizens for their rivalry but on their “jewish cabal” controlling their politics behind the scenes. From the average americans perspective there is no reason to not talk with the reich because by their own admission, their tables are always open and it’s us intransigence that prevents diplomacy between the two

I feel like if anything it would be the opposite (at least in non southern states). Americans would have a strong hatred the nazis they killed hundreds of thousands of Americans. So if they knew about their white supremacist tendency’s they would adopt the opposite line of thinking. This also brings up the question would Americans even know about the holocaust? It’s not like the German government would go about bragging about it. Americans would still prob hate Asians will a passion though.

Why would they need to hide it? Other murders of millions have happened without anyone caring afterwards. Depending on Germany's policies, it'll either be sugarcoated or hailed as a victory, and down the line it wouldn't harm diplomatic relations too much. People have been more than willing to ignore the murder of millions of innocents if it serves their personal or national interests. It just becomes a new normal at that point like many other evils that people have come to tolerate.
Oh, who am I kidding? Contemporary moral high ground forever, people always do what's right (unless they voted against Mango's preferred party) and the good guys always prevail via railroading.

Liberals would have already adopted their anti white supremacy stance pre war. But back on topic, The american public would probably be anti nazi at first but as forced integration begins, as liberal policies start to negatively effect the general public in the name of a post racial society, I’m certain americans would voice objections and when those objections are thrown out because you need to accept the new normal chud, I’m sure that plenty of disgruntled white americans who feel alienated by an establishment who doesn’t represent them may begin to sympathize with the germans since they were ringing the bell on these issues first

The germans would probably use the excuse that the jews were deported into siberia and the casualties would be pinned on the siberian russians by saying “hey it’s not in our hands anymore, not my fault jews starved because russians don’t know how to farm”

Also americans adopting an explicitly anti nazi stance on every issue just makes them weaker considering nazism taking out the genocide has a lot of pro social behaviors baked in. Family creation and fertility, ethnic homogenity, high in group loyalty and high social trust, Disipline, religiosity etc etc. Leftism otl rejected anything that could be even vaguely connected to fascism and they turned themselves into troons and cucks. The us going down this path is just a recipe guaranteed to loose the cold war

Some asspull to justify everything being the same. Funny, the ONE time that it'd make sense to have the historical Franco and Salazar regimes they go with an alt hist angle because they don't want to rework yet ANOTHER tag from scratch due to Germany's complete rewrite. No Atlantropa or colonial land grab by Germany? Yeah sure buddy I bet the states would fuse over some comparatively minor issues over Germany's treatment of the jews or whatever the fuck they end up going with.

i was really fed up with mexico when it first released and i didnt play it, so i decided to try it out again today. why is the UI so ASSS, it has generally interesting mechanics but the part about economic development is all crammed into a small space in decisions and the map is almost entirely brow-ish so it's difficult to tell the information. what's worse some decisions affect things you can only see in different tabs of the UI so you gotta tab out and tab in constantly to see what province needs what Jesus Christ what a mess. the Leviathan part which is much bigger is also.. entirely informative? why not put decisions there where? now it's all wasted space.

>What's the point of making an Axis Victory video game mod where the main focus isn't the Axis
They didn't make it, they just stole it and are trying to fit it into their framework of political idpol brainrot.
>or their most direct victims
Because we need them to succumb to German plot armor in order for The Goodies™ to achieve their total victory at a later date. Except for the Russians of course who are gonna be a hivemind of Putinism allegories.
