Look up vocal exercises on youtube and do it everyday (or every few days a week) for at least 1-2 years. That's literally it. A lot of singing is control over your throat and air, it requires a lot of hard work to get there which is why singer vtubers have previous training as children and kept the habit up as they grow older. You can still learn it but it's gonna take time. That's the only real singing advice I can give because you sound like a genuine person and not a schizo, not get out of the thread since it's filled with mentally ill people.

Partially, because there is the other aspect about those big streamer and their game: most of them chose it, and are happy to stream it dozens or hundreds of hours. Then it shouldn't be that hard to understand: if you can't see yourself playing for dozens of hundreds of hours a game (aka you fear burnout from playing it every time) then it isn't your game; if something were to be your game then it wouldn't be a problem for you to stream even if became your only content.
Furthermore, having a game that you love might even mean not wanting to stream it because you know that it would absorb you and make you go for way longer than expected; easy examples are the MOBAs, despite the reticence to give them any thought here, they are some of the most wonderful games for people who are looking for anything to make their "game", same with the arena shooters, or even social sims. I’m going to be honest the colour choice is pretty terrible since it reminds me of the 2010s Pinterest aesthetics and I think there should be either a pixelated version of the stars or a whole other colour for them also to make them asymmetric. Other than that it does not go well with the yapping theme, that’s an issue with a lot of indie companies/groups… that want to make an agency/group but that doesn’t have a theme. I’m thinking about the Socks agency for example. Keep the pixel text only if all the models are strictly in pixel art otherwise the pixels doesn’t work well with graphic designs (if you try to make it small it is going to be all blurred even if you vector it). Otherwise it looks good for an indie whose whole jig is retro games and space otherwise it just seems really immature for a vtuber agency or a group of people who are doing podcasts and video essays.
Try to have a microphone or a book perhaps if you really need a visual representation, change the colors to something more neutral or make sure it fits the members of the group. Ditch the pixel art. I think you should make something similar to VSPO or Vallure.
