Anything beyond would be speculation, i can tell from memory though, this shit started after the EU passed the copyright bill or whatver it was called in 2018 or 19, this only passed because a few swedish mep "accidently" pushed the wrong button during the vote
Also afaik, at least in EU they block the sites on ISP level (pic related, me trying to visit kinox to), therefore changing the DNS to e.g. Google should circumvent the ISP block

It's actually easier read but less depth than my usual cissp handbook. it's wrote like someone that has been jump box to box on his earlier days, explaining webshell like professional.. wheres i've never found on general course book.
