Means yt has changed sth again to fight off the downloading.
Ever since these downloaders came out it has been a cat-and-mouse-game between yt and the program makers.
Program works - youtube changes something about the streaming process - tools don't work for a while - developers circumvent and implement new way - after update program works again. Rinse and repeat.

You need to update the program and if still not possible wait for them to figure it out.

That's what I think too...but I'm sure there's a way to fix it, though the tutorial on the GitHub or whatever is difficult to understand.
