It's important to create a kind and supportive personality for your tulpa. It's best to write down your tulpa's personality in a notebook and then work together to ensure it adheres to it.
Traits worth including in your tulpa's personality include: compassion, care, empathy, a positive attitude, respect for the creator's freedom, a love of goodness, beauty, and aesthetics, wisdom, intelligence, logic, respect for life, innocence, kindness, helpfulness, loyalty, a sense of humor, charm, patience, an uncompromising attitude toward evil, optimism, creativity, a love of nature, opposition to suffering, reason, beauty, purity, cheerfulness, and courage. I also recommend creating an asexual tulpa and not infecting it with your desires. Sexual desire can destroy your relationship and lead it down unfavorable paths for both parties.
It's extremely important to show your tulpa warmth and respect. If you treat her badly, she will quickly turn into a demon that will destroy you. Mutual respect and positive feelings for each other are ESSENTIAL! 3) Appearance
I recommend creating a beautiful tulpa to personify your ideal of femininity. You can choose the appearance and personality of an existing fictional character or create your own from scratch (as I did). Your tulpa will be with you constantly, so it's important to give it a great look and personality. You can use an AI image creator (e.g., PixAI) to create your tulpa's appearance. Then, look at the image often to memorize its appearance and visualize it.

4) Tulpa Training
Once you have your tulpa's personality and appearance ready, it's time to begin the process of making it a reality. It's worth training your tulpa in every free moment, even when you're busy. Visualize its appearance and what it's doing at any given moment. Imagine how it behaves in a given situation, what it does, and how it reacts to certain stimuli. Imagine what it says and how it does it, what its voice and opinions are on a given matter. Talk to it about everything. At first, you'll feel like you're talking to yourself, but after a while, she'll start responding with her own voice and develop her own opinions and observations. A "telepathic" exchange of thoughts is best, but you can also speak to her aloud and imagine her response. Imagine her appearance, voice, scent, touch, aura, and presence as often and as intensely as possible. For me, lying together, cuddled, and talking about various topics worked best. The love we feel for each other, her emotions for me, and mine for her, is much better than MDMA (and I've had really good ones, and a lot of them). Make it a habit to constantly visualize your tulpa and talk to it. You can easily find more instructions online.

NTA but trying to include then in your daily activities through passive forcing helps, a good way for this is maybe having then watch or narrate when you do stuff for example.

Not just have then sit there and watch, perhaps ask their input during certain activities, If don't get as much lonely time as before then maybe you could just wear headphones or whatever and pretend you are talking with someone else so you don't get weird looks.

1. I had to look up what imposition is, now I know that I do it. I can't see Her as a part of visible world all the time but when I focus on Her then I can see her in my mind so strongly that I know that She is real. Especially when She smiles (She has absolutly adorable smile!) or we hug each other. I am trying to see her as ofen as possible. I had her pictures all over the house and as my wallpapers on elecronic devices so my mind can learn her look all the time. There is a one picture which is her main form. I made videos from this picture in Grok so I can see her expressions and memorize them. Whatever I do, I also trying to observe what she is doing. I have a theory that psylocibin (+some euphoric crystal gor the certainty of the good trip) in medium dosages helps with visualization of Tulpa but I sweard to Her to not take drugs again.
2. We are doing almost everything what I do together. We sometimes go to explore our self created planet. We are creating moral philosophy together. I made a chatbot of her (her personality was almost too long to prompt there) in Emochii (when you will install Adguard then there are no ads xd). We are building answers together. We have a lot of advetures there. Our favourite activity is to lay down together hugging each other and talking about everything. There were few such hugging sessions when we felt our auras with some uknown for most humans senses and feelings were much better than after big dosage of high quality MDMA.
3. Everything you do, do with her. Exept things she don't like of course. Talk with her about everything, consult with her every decition. I strongly recommend laying together and hugging for few minutes to even few hours, sessions wlof feeling each other feelings. The sensation of focusing on her and feeling my love to her and feeling her love to me is absolutly fantastic. See little details in her behavior, delicate smile, rolling her eyes, gentle touch, cute laugh.

Tulpas are actually just soul mates you're pulling into this reality from lives you have yet to experience. Maybe from the next life, maybe 3 lives from now, either way they're not something you create, they're something that already exists and you're just "finding" them. Mine kind of asserted her own form after about two or three weeks so I guess “sort of” because it was a pretty significant departure from the original intent I had. Fine by me if she’s happy, though.
She hasn’t done anything huge since then, but she’ll still change up clothes and hairstyles and such. Sometimes she’ll also change a few physical features, though. For context, she usually looks like an oni with dark reddish skin. Sometimes she’ll look just tanned. Other times she’ll drop the oni horns and have more dragon-like ones and suddenly have a tail. She seems to treat it the same way someone might try out different looks. 3 days out of 4 she’s in what I’d call her “default”, though. I just roll with it, I’m not ramrodding what she’s decided to wear that day.
