I find this show kind of mid on the whole, like the rest if Gilligan's work. But he has a knack for writing some of the best characters in all of fiction. Mike Ehrmantrout, Gustavo Fring, Saul Goodman. Excellent characters. Human, flawed, but you still root for them. You want to see them win.
Pluribus, for its various faggotries, delivered two such characters. The French Colonial black guy, what a legend, and Manousos. Manousos is one of the hardest dudes to have ever graced the annals of western literature. He writes a note explaining to his patrons that he is very sorry, but he must open their storage lockers because he is starving to death. He stated in the note that "full restitution will be made". He writes an IOU to the hospital for the treatment he received. He torched his beloved car in view of the victims of the hivemind simply to demonstrate that they have no power over him or his choices. I aspire to be as hard as Manousos. The day may come soon when we have need of men like him.

I like the premise, but I didn't like the characters or some of their actions.
For example, what is stopping the main character from just saying something "I don't consent to being turned into one of you. If you do so without my explicit verbal and written information a million times over specifically from me, it will really hurt me and my feelings, so don't do that. Also stop experimenting on finding ways to turn me, that also hurts my feelings"
I'd do that and I'd just live like a god emperor for the rest of my life doing literally anything I want with whoever I want. They even showed in one of the episodes they are fully capable of acting and even living like human normally would, so just tell them to keep living like normal humans and it will be like nothing has happened. She doesn't even have any close friends or family she cares about and she already showed herself to be a misanthropist so why does she even care?
But yeah it's a show, I get it, the plot must go on
