I've definitely had dreams about my teeth, but they're all of cavities or of falling out, no repair work. Which are both normal things people have and seem reasonable given circumstances, story to follow.

But I've also just been having a lot of weird experiences with them. I caught some kind of headcold from a coworker back in early December, covid-like symptoms, but unlike any other time I've had a covid variant, it tried to attack my gums. Like I got early stage trench mouth stuff going on even though I was brushing and flossing more than I had in years. Some weird headaches too. I eventually threw some Listerine Gum Health at it and nuked it with 15% abv. Bleeding stopped overnight. It had one holdout spot that I realized the mouthwash hadn't reached because it was down under the gun line, I got some down in there too and it calmed too. My receded gumlines regrew quick, though still are a little lower than they were, and I made a long overdue appointment with my dentist (soonest they, or even the local dental college, could see me is 3 days from now.) That last resort scorched earth method ended up disrupting the balance of my microbiota though, and after a short period something took over where my new kind of plaque was like a... slime mold? No profuse bleeding like the first thing, but it was like having athletes foot or diaper rash in my mouth, was eating at my lips, tongue and cheeks too. No white blooms like candida though. I could clear it out but it always came back very quick.
As of Thursday though, I think I've finally got that dead too due to some creative methods, and everything feels pretty normal except for a few spots that are still slightly raw, and an occasional coppery taste.

Everyone's molars have fissures. It's part of the natural shape of the tooth.

Like I've already said, it's not repairwork. The sealers are so bacteria can't get down in the deep part of those grooves where you can't brush and cause cavities.
