Alright. Here's what we know now from the research I could get together....

Gino Yu, a HK Polyu professor, seems to be the main person acting as Epstein's researcher into Psychic Phenomenon.

Gino Yu classified psychic phenomenon (heretofore "special abilities") under a variety of things. Synesthesia, Extreme empathy, Telepathic communication, the ability to alter reality around them. Artistic creativity seems to also fall under this category.

Gino Yu and the psychic research team through the Caravan Express seem to hypothesize that Trauma and Sex is proportional to Special Abilities. Gino Yu developed a model of stages to categorize this level of development/trauma. "Stage 3" seems to refer to people who have undergone severe childhood trauma. Especially sexual trauma, to the point they are unable to properly care for themselves.

Gino developed a program to "rehabilitate" these "stage 3" people.

I am having extreme difficulty researching this model in the files. It's difficult to find. But Gino has, atleast, five stages. All of it seems directly related to either Sex or Trauma.

This is interesting, as it fits with old Paranormal Psychology research. The old hypothesis in Para-psych was that adolescents will begin developing minor Special Abilities. With traumatized adolescents developing them to the extreme, as a result of their trauma. This is assumed to be the majority of the reason behind Poltergeist Phenomenon.

So the streamlined version;

1. Gino Yu (polyu professor) is one of the main people conducting research into Special Abilities.

2. Gino Yu created and organized teams of scientists, both in private and government sectors, globally. He did this to locate people with "special abilities".

I fit the MKULTRA paradigm almost perfectly. I was also involved in the GATE experiment, though I will say that the stories circulated on here seem to be corrupted memories circulated by those who were ejected from the program early on.
