Generally asceticism is a good base to find what you actually feel and sense at your core of a person. Cleansing. You then focus acuity on what you can sense and feel, beyond that. Relating the abstractions of what you sense and how to find a different sense of organic mind in the phenomenology is the best follow up. I.E. Discerning your Psychic Body. You can find a platonic abstraction for qualia, but no one can report back to you stimulus based feel as of now. I have had full blown God experience on psychedelics but my meditation awakenings are basically just seeing this reality as one fixed substance with no doer or seer just isness arising in perfected harmony, my third eye throbs and pulsates and sometimes feel like it's biting itself if that makes sense or contracting around something
