It's talking about the millennium kingdom (1000 year reign Christ ruling on earth) after 7 year tribulation. In this period, you'll see Jesus directly as king and those who blaspheme his holy spirit (you'll see miracles in that period) and basically saying it's the spirit of demon, you won't have salvation anymore.
