What are your thoughts on astrology?
Why was it so important in the past?

I used to not believe in it, but when you understand that humans have electrical fields and said fields are influenced by the planets, it stops seeming like absolute nonsense. Also, it goes way beyond just your sun sign. There are other planetary positions in your birth chart. There are also degrees and the way they line up with each other are also important. Most people who say astrology is bullshit have only ever read horoscopes for their sun sign, which is just a fraction of their birth chart. The elites all use astrology too.

How can I find my birth chart and how to interpret it?
You use it for divination too?

>How can I find my birth chart?
you're trolling, right? literally type in birth chart into google... there are plenty of websites that are free
>How can I interpret?
type or copy and paste into an llm if you want a free analysis

some believe that birth charts will show the kind of person that you will grow into, your destiny, rather than the kind of person that you're born as.
self reflect on your shortcomings and figure out "how can I become the chad that the stars say I'm destined to become"?
it is hard but you must work on it every day, stay humble and self aware. before you know it you will look in the mirror and realize the chart describes you perfectly.

I use astro-seek. It even has a button to copy and paste into ChatGPT. If you want a more detailed breakdown, ask it to analyze a natal chart and then feed it one planet at a time. Also, the outer planets (neptune, uranus, pluto) were only discovered fairly recently and have less of an influence on your chart, same with lilith, chiron, etc.
The most important parts of your chart are the ascendant, sun, moon, mercury, venus, mars, jupiter, saturn

I start with just saying, for example "Moon in cancer". Then once you've gone through the ascendant + all 7 planets, I wrap back around and add the house, eg "Moon in Cancer in the 3rd house" which gives a more detailed view.
The zodiac sign + planet is the most important thing. The house is how that combination is likely expressed in your life

finally, after doing houses, I copy-paste and dump all of the aspects in at once. They are the angles between your planets which explain where energy flows easily / is blocked.
That is the best way to get the gist of your tropical natal chart. After all of that if it still feels off, look into sidereal/vedic which is another can of worms... (still can be done on astro-seek)

I looked into both my western and Chinese signs. They both sound like they're describing different random people who aren't me.
I once tried that thoroughly described chart thing that they link to in the astrology general, and at first I was like, "wow, this is me!" until I realized it was all stuff like, "A great theme in your life is the conflict between novelty and tradition" or something like that. I think a majority of people in the world can somehow interpret their lives as being about that, say the conflict between their family's values and their own or between usual ways and innovative ways.
I think it's not real. It sucks people in because you and your life are broad enough that if given some themes, you can probably come up with examples of how they fit.
