I want to hear your opinion: can you develop a tulpa by accident? Or maybe I'm just very suggestible.

You see, a while back I wanted to write a horror book, but since I'm a huge procrastinator, I decided to write every day, even things that had nothing to do with the book. For about a month, I wrote a kind of fanfic about a completely normal book, far removed from horror, where a character who was clearly a projection of myself had a romance with a girl.

The problem is that some coincidences started appearing. For example, songs I'd never heard before talking about girls who physically resembled her, emphasizing her most prominent features from my writing; a song with her name; and meeting a girl with the same name (it's nothing super weird, but it's uncommon in my country, like Gwendoline). Animals she was associated with in the story, like snakes, crossed in front of me. But the most unsettling thing was that one day, while taking a train, I almost bumped into a girl, and when I saw her face to face, she looked exactly the same. I didn't say anything, and I think my expression wasn't any more exaggerated than when you see someone attractive or recognize someone on the street. Even so, she looked at me even when I was already... I had boarded the train.

That's why I wanted your opinions, because I think I could still be influenced by seeing her.

I think it might be relevant, so I want to clarify that I'm not isolated at all. Between going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and setting a schedule for video games and sleep, I'd say I'm on the right track with better mental health.
