This may very well just have been a sleep paralysis dream/nightmare, but one night I woke up to this terrifying hag creature looming over my bed. Years later I saw a youtube video about something called a Dab Tsog, and the depiction in the video (pic related) was the spitting image of what I saw that night. According to the video it's some kind of Asian night hag that steals the life force of men in their sleep. I don't have any asian heritage and didn't know anything about this creature back then. I just couldn't move and was terrified. But I prayed to Jesus Christ and it was like a bubble of his love formed around me to protect me. A great calm washed over me and I knew that the creature could not harm me. The bubble grew and forced the creature out of my room. In the back of my mind I knew that she couldn't touch anyone in the entire apartment complex anymore. I then fell into a deep and peaceful slumber and awoke fresh the next day. I went on with my life assuming that it was all just a bad dream, and it may very well just have been a bad dream, but then years later I saw that video about the Dab Tsog and it just took me aback with just how striking of a resemblance that there was between the artist's rendition of the creature and what I saw in my room that night.
