You're telling me that somehow Wakatsuki is going to do well in this matchup against Meguro, but Julius who we know is actually intelligent (in asura) when it comes to fight theory and combat won't be able to get either blows or a solid grab in? Because he's not a Judoka, Julius doesn't need anything more than a simple grip and we know he will manhandle someone who weighs 60kg more than Meguro and even tackle that same weight across great distances.

Julius isn't that simple an opponent no matter how much you pretend. Beating him requires skill and Meguro is not smart enough to be more than a dangerous-but-beatable opponent. In terms of actual technique he's the worst grappler of the main ones in this tournament and his only claim to fame is his retard strength. If I were to put it into numbers, Julius has an easy 8:2 matchup here. He only really loses if Meguro can ground him in a way that doesn't allow Julius to roll around or otherwise peel Meguro off. And of course if he gets blinded or something since Meguro puts that on the table.

I'm not dissing Judo, I don't know if you've read Omega but Agito's second-ever loss is served to him by a judoka. IRL or in Kengan, Judo is STRONK. But just talking about Meguro and Julius, Julius is an utter tank and Meguro doesn't avoid attacks at all, he just takes them. Considering their respective stats and fighting styles, the likely outcome is that Meguro gets the drop on Julius and throws him a few times, Julius withstands it and then just starts hitting him over and over until he's just chunks of wet bone. The same wouldn't be the case for Jurota or even Masaki, but Meguro has a terrible matchup against one of the biggest statchecks in Kengan.
