They are literally living perfect lives. They are rich, successful, and live their dream lives, all after they made sure that I can never be happy ever again.

Whether you're doomed and should kill yourself or on the road to recovery is up to you. We tell stories in our heads to make sense of the world but it's all up to interpretation. Become a murderous stalker or learn to let go. Stewing in anger is helping nobody. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

I struggle with this, too, anon. I once heard that allowing yourself to obsess over someone is giving them your psychic energy and thus enabling them to succeed further. Whether or not that is woo, I think of it often when trying to break away from letting people from the past bother me. Another thing that helps is knowing that living your life the best way that you can is getting the best revenge, as they want you miserable. It's not always easy, though.

Honestly just astral project a call with your brain to sort this resentment shit out. I used to have this one guy haunting my dreams for years because he kinda bullied me in school, even though it was 5 years ago. Eventually i just had a dream where i asked the dream version of the guy "what went wrong between us?", i dont remember what he said but we agreed it was stupid shit and we needed to move on. No more dreams of him since

That's impossible, because happiness comes from within and not from without. Nothing another person can do can impede your happiness. Not even being sentenced to death caused Socrates to break his stride, because he knew that his own well-being was his responsibility. So the first thing to do is to abandon that attitude and start taking responsibility for yourself and your well-being. Once you do that, those other people won't matter to you at all.

>How do I stop obsessing
I won't read yet another multiple-times daily how to get over/move on thread. Nothing can be done because OP is too much of a subhuman moron ever to do the obvious and think of and do other things (like getting a life).
