Just ask them about themselves, where they studied, what their job duties are about, what restaurants they went to this month, what clothes are they looking to buy, what show they are watching, talk to them about crime podcasts they love that shit.
And thats it really, otherwise maintain a good professional demeanor.
The one thing about being attractive that I hate is that lots of these girls seem to think I am attracted to them when I ask them these things, but if you are not hot they will just think you are kind and will consider you a friend if you keep at it for a while.
