How do I just completely give up on relationships? It feels like the reason I'm on this planet is to take care of a family, but I'm nearing being 27 years old and I've only ever been on 2 dates, both first dates that got broken off after. Whatever women want I just don't have, and it stings seeing all my friends be in relationships. I'm tired of chasing.

Remind yourself that all relationships end in separation anyway. Remind yourself that spouses become enemies at the drop of a hat every day. Remind yourself that it's not possible for a relationship to make a person happy, and that true happiness always comes from within. Meditate on these ideas often, and it won't seem that appealing anymore.

sounds a lot like me. I was 27 when I met my wife before that I had maybe 2 girlfriends. I had been on many dates but I was always friendzoned.
met my wife on a blind date and 7 months later we married. we have been married 32 years.
