I left a mug in my room for a day and I can almost hear gravely anger in his voice. Man is literally about to snap over a cup.
Guy needs to be sectioned off from the rest of society. Possibly institutionalized forever. (Joke) (not really)
How do you handle someone who has anger issues? He’s legitimately concerning me.

I guess I had it for too long and it’s his personal Item. I don’t understand how someone could be so high strung.
I am suuuuper laid back about literally everything. Like you could probably torture me physically and I wouldn’t complain.

Why did you have his mug in your room? Without knowing how your rooms are structured, might have been looking for it all day. If you aren't sure why he was so man, have you tried talking to him like an adult?

You can wait for him to cool off, he's not going to be angry forever. You can ask him something like, "Hey sorry about earlier/yesterday, I didn't mean to piss you off. Could you tell me what was wrong?" and if he's a little slow you can add "I can only change my behavior if you tell me what behavior made you mad."
Then apologize for triggering his autism or whatever and follow through with it.

>sorry about the cup
Anything more would seem patronizing from me, I fear. I just wanted to end the conversation as fast as possible.
He literally woke me up so i was out of it and just ran past him and washed it real fast

I'm the mug. I was just telling your man how you ABANDONED me in that room ALONE. I was starving... this is mug abuse.
Anyways, that sounds horrible. Sucks that ppl have 2 deal with that... just keep swimming. Life will take you places which are always interesting

You're withholding information about the situation. Something is happening here that you instigated and his anger is a reasonable reaction.
