Who says you need your coworkers to like you?
I'll never understand people who willingly go get drinks with their coworkers after the shift is over. The shifts over, I'm not being paid any more why would I hang out with you people instead of doing something I want to do?
I won't shirk my responsibilities I'll do exactly what is expected of me and potentially help a coworker if asked but I am NOT being paid to "contribute to their well being"
