As with any call from HR, say nothing. Cop the news on the chin, but don't let them ostracise you from your co-workers. If you like any of them.
I did this and because I didn't react when they fired me they expect that I'm going to come back at some point and blow their offices up.

I guess "underperformance" among other things like being sick even one day and other bullshit stuff. I work in a field thats on the same level of prestige as mcdonalds but they expect me to treat it like microsoft or nasa or something. Normal or even good work is not enough for them, no matter how good or bad you do you get disrespected the same. Also i need to get up at like 4am for the morning shift and the shifts are all over the place i fucking hate this shit i hope they fire me i'd rather beg for money than work for these fucking jew slavers

Sounds like you have some revenge fantasy where you epicly own the company with facts and logic and they seethe at being BTFO. In reality nobody gives a shit about anything so don't say anything more than you absolutely need to.

I know this, i just struggle with self control, every time some company bitchboy comes to give me my daily "you are shit" dosage i just wanna kill them. Like bro the ceo will not give you a raise no matter how much you suck his dick

If you're talking a wagie job then you don't really need to do much. Let them say what they're going to say. And if they ask if you have any questions, say no and end the call.
After you're fired, file for unemployment.

If you're in America, Health Care. Ask if they'll keep it going or if COBRA is an option. Find out if there is any severance package.
After the fact- if you're sure you don't need anything from them- leave a company review on GlassDoor.

For legal reasons, the only things previous employers will reveal is the length of employment and if they are eligible to be rehired.
And if you're applying for a shit job, they are usually fine with a shit candidate. If you don't work out they'll just throw you out and get another one that looks just like you.
