Well, if you actually have a high IQ, then couldn't you come up with some sort of plan? Why didn't you stop yourself while you've "had" the high IQ?

Welp. Porn addiction is tough. Maybe install an extension to block porn sites and leave it running at all times.
Good luck. As with any addiction: it's going to be an uphill battle. Especially if you're alone. So you might want to consider talking to someone about this. Preferably someone outside your goon clubs.

anyway, the plan is try to cut off real life porn slowly what i did was to get into interesting comics (mine was welcome2heaven) and just consume all the content eventually you are gonna run out of it and try to get niche as much as possible so you cant have unlimited content my next step then was going from comics (since i finished all of the exciting stuff) to imagination its pretty easy you can run 1min of some irl porn you like then close it and finish with ure thoughts (unless you cum in less than 1min you are doomed change time if its not enough for you) its gonna be hard at the beginning but try to cut off porn as much as possible and dont worry about masturbation its not bad for you if you do it out of pleasure
dont care about website blocking extensions they are useless and also never go against your urge to masturbate always do it (same logic applies you need to not consume porn).
thats my experience so feel free to change and tweak the start for your needs but keep in mind that porn is your enemy not masturbation dont fall for losers propaganda that masturbation is unhealthy
also you need to make yourself busy i really find it fine if you did something productive in the day then you goon after its not that bad and if you make yourself busy sometimes you wont even find time to masturbate
