Despite being in a really healthy relationship, I can't help but continue to compare myself to other men; and my girlfriend to other women. I'm constantly insecure and always envious of guys who get hundreds of likes on dating apps; and just general attention from a multitude of women. It feels poisonous and has had a significant impact on the way I view myself and others around me, not seeing people as people, but as physical things to be analyzed; and I feel the same for myself.
How the fuck do you get rid of this mindset and actually just appreciate the world for what it is?
