Is it wrong to lie and have secrets if it doesnt harm anyone ? For example, using drugs in secret from your anti drug family because you cannot afford to move away.

What if i had withdrawal crashouts in front of them but now can handle my shit with a different drug. Ive used once a month but always confessed to them due to guilt, even though im fine. Is the guilt justified ?

Yes.

It does.

Maybe if you weren't a bum wasting money on drugs and time on being intoxicated, you'd be able to move away.

This is a complicated ethical question that relies entirely on your definition of "harm". I can give you 6 different answers using 6 different moral frameworks. Philosophers spend decades contemplating these sorts of questions. The short answer is I don't know. Only you can really determine what is or isn't harm in your life.
