I am on a lot of sedating medication. Just went to the doctor yesterday and he said I have to stay on the same shit. How do I do anything like go outside, shower, and whatever when I'm high off prescription drugs all the time?

What drugs are you on? And why were you prescribed them?

I am schizophrencia and have epilepsy. Zyprexa, lamictal, klonopin, buspar, hydroxyzine. I have tried to cut down on some of these but it was not enough.

Apparently the combo of these three ones: Klonopin, Zyprexa, and Hydroxyzine can cause dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating.

The list of the different combos:

Buspirone + Lamictal: May increase side effects like dizziness and fatigue.

Klonopin + Lamictal: May increase side effects, particularly in the elderly.

Hydroxyzine + Klonopin: High risk of excessive sedation.

So it might be mostly the Hydroxyzine + Klonopin combo that does most of the sedation, OP. You might wanna ask for alternatives for one or both of those if the sedation effect is too much.

He said that are no alternatives and the sedation is there for my mental health.

I used to take Olanzapine too. it's a good antipsychotic but yeah it will knock the shit out of you. you're not taking kpins for schizophrenia, they're the ones that are going to be sedating you the most

I'm taking kpins for seizures. I have tried to get off them multiple times and when I was off them I felt worse.

There are alternatives for a few. Xanax, benzos for the Hydroxyzine, and Lexapro/citalopram/Zoloft for the Klonopin are a few examples.
Though this is just from looking up the list of known alternatives, there may be drug interactions that exist in the alternatives that may be bad for schizo/epilepsy combo that I am not aware of. You are not aware of them either, which is why your trust goes to the doctor. But you would be trusting that he actually knows everything 100% doctors are humans too and are prone to stubbornness or error.

Would you be able to get a second opinion from a different doctor at a different clinic somehow? Because you can't be sedated forever your whole life that won't do your mental health any good either.

Would there be any supplements or life style changes that would help?

have you been in public since 2020

MOTHERFUCKERS are COZY

they out there walking hunched fully over, not pulling up their pants, looking directly at the sun, crossing the sidewalk however they feel like

you can just be incredibly, completely high and go do things in public like normal now and no one will stop you

I feel that, I gained 25 kilos on it, fucking hate Olanzapine (although I seem to hear more voices aripiprazole)
