My mother has been doing textile art for a long time now and she decided to turn it into a business. However, she's totally tech illiterate and she doesn't know how to manage a business, and neither do I. What steps should I take to help her? I know how to use a computer and I know basic programming and Linux, but I know nothing about banking, how to apply the money on something instead of just letting it sit on a bank account, digital marketing, pricing, etc.
Please recommend me some books or video series if possible, or what kind of thing should I search, just know that specifics about the US or Europe won't help me, since I'm South American. Thanks!

I say be sure to itemize every single cost/expense that is directly associated with the business eg. rent, materials, equipment, utilities, gas for car, etc, so you know exactly to a tee how much money you're spending on operations
