find/create some direction in life, take on some work/responsibility (not for the sake of work, but for the sake of some goal)
pick a goal and work toward it
u have a lot of resources so the sky is the limit
i guess the ivy league could fall under that, if you're not just fucking around there

if you can think of anything which made you feel awestruck/inspired when you were a kid, or that you always imagined/dreamed about, that can be a good place to start obviously
you're in a good position but you should see it as an opportunity to do something nobody else has done, imo, if you're not already satisfied
