Not that long ago I was diagnosed with testicular cancer which luckily was caught early and so I had my right one removed and will get a prosthetic, you can't really tell any difference in most cases..I was just wondering should I tell people, and in particular women about my experience? in terms of dating etc. Will they grossed out/turned off etc by it? It's not my fault this happened and it can happen to any man.

I’m a woman and I wouldn’t care, idk why a woman would. I don’t think it’s a first-date discussion though. Unless there is visible scarring or something?

Yeah that would be a bit socially retarded lol. In most cases the scarring in the groin heals after a few months. The incision is in your groin btw lol, not your sack

depends on the orchid type. when I had my balls removed they made an incision down the middle of my sack. you can barely see the scar tho

If you got chemo, that can hurt your fertility. Just be up front about that if so. Sorry about the TC - I have one ball myself due to that. Luckily it was after I had kids.

Yeah dude tell everybody that you're only half a man they'll have lots of sympathy for you because that's how society treats men

by the way, for those who don't know. If you lose a kidney, your other one will double in size to compensate. You know what else does that? Your balls. So my one ball is really big.

I went the sperm bank route so it's all good.

Can you tell us what symptoms you had and if you ignored anything or was it immediately obvious that something was wrong?

Good work on getting this far OP. I had a similar experience but ended up losing both testicles at 19 which was really rough, and then my body rejected one of the prosthetics and they removed both.

It's probably not applicable since I'm gay, but I tell guys because it turns them on.

Buddy if you are worried, get checked. You'd rather pay for one doctor consult than get them both removed and risk chemo, surgery, fertility issues, and death. I promise.

one day I just started feeling a pain in that area that was annoying. A few days later I checked and my balls were larger than usual so I just went to the doctor about it and that lead to it getting sorted out.

Thanks man. That experience does not sound easy at all so it is very worthy of respect that you managed to pull through it.

>should I tell people, and in particular women about my experience?
In the long term, there's no reason not to. But it's not the sort of conversation you'd have on a first date. The only exception to that is if you're now actually infertile (because of chemo). If you're never able to have children of your own, I think it's only fair to mention that fairly early.

How could do many guys here have testicular cancer? What were your lifestyles like?
>>

One of my good friends had testicular cancer and one ball removed, just like you. He was unemployed and uninsured at the time. Now he's married and it's no big deal.

I think you're making this a bigger deal in your head than it actually is. Life is brutal. Chances are, the women you date will have been through brutal shit of their own. I wouldn't advertise your insecurity, but at the same time don't shy away from talking about it. It's not like your dick was chopped of or something.

Yeah I thought similar "wtf how could I get this I'm a healthy guy I'm young etc". Turns out it has nothing to do with that, more to do with "developmental, genetic, and hormonal factors" it's not like lung cancer or things like that.

hola, chat ¿y si hacemos algo grande?por ejemplo. hagamos que bitcoin, apple, rolex… caiga a un precio bajísimo y compramos todos y nos hacemos millonarios

vax status?
>>
>>34226121
my husband had testicular cancer a couple years ago and he had an orchiectomy, one removed
its a complete non-issue during sex. i dont even notice or think about it
any men reading this: go get checked. even if you're healthy or young. especially if you're vaxxed you're more at risk

im glad i didnt get the jab. also my balls have always been big so we chillin
>>
>>34227623
oh I've just had my balls removed, I didn't have cancer

It has existed long before "the jab" became a thing and there is no zero proof it has anything to do with that.
