Something like this was my first scale I used. It was less than 10 buck a few years ago. Lido hand grinder, Flair Signature manual espresso machine, and a Hario stove top gooseneck kettle. First thing I recommend upgrading is to an electric grinder. Also, have a V60 for when I'm lazy.
