I like these delicious bay beans.

Made my standby black beans slop bowl last night with diced chicken offa da thigh bone and all the proper Latin-World fixins. Tasted amazing, the rich black bean skin and pure, crumbly texture within, infusing with the juices from everything else...

I fell for the marketing flavor of the month fad and ordered two kinds of beans from Rancho Gordo including one black. A pound was $7 something. If these aren't the best dried beans I've ever had I'll be furious until I fall for the next foodie fad ingredient. Has anyone had Rancho Gordo beans?

Not liking BUTTER BEANS is insane. I remember when I tried them for the first time, I was like wtf, what a tastelet shit opinion. They're smooth and creamy, and so good that while I was doubtful it could live up to it's name, I can see why people gave it the title of butter.
