I usually do:
>about 120g proscuitto
>about 50g salami
>pecorino romano sliced very thin
>sun-dried tomatos
>bread sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil
>sandwich is mildly toasted and warm

Ham is sandwiches tastes like nothing. I’d rather eat it on its own. Salami is kinda gross too. And I don’t think you’re supposed to slice pecorino. And sun dried tomatoes are nasty and jewish.

It's cut too thick then. Prosciutto should be sliced thinly enough to read through, then you will not have any issues cleanly biting through it.
