Heat and stir till it starts to thicken

Put the cheese in when it cools, or else it may become all grainy. Not too much cheese, so as to not overpower everything else, but enough to give a slight taste of cheddar

Liquid reduced down. Also scooped up some off the top cause it was a tad bit too oily, due to the pork fat used at the start. A bit worried it's more soup less sauce, but it'll thicken in the end. Adding a dollup of sour cream after turning off the burner and waiting a few minutes for it to cool while the pasta boils

Also gonna grab a handful of homemade pasta usually used for chicken soup. Toss it in boiling water for a minute, then strain and put it in with the other spaghet

Shred in cheddar cheese, a fair amount, and stir it in. Should be warm so it melts, but not hot so it cuts, if you know what I mean
