Didn't Les Stroud have a cooking show where he used mostly foraged ingredients? I forget what it was called but it was extremely based. The only thing I didn't like was that he was in the PNW area which is on the other side of the continent for me, so I couldn't find most of the ingredients he used even if i went foraging.
