Instead of eating 4 sandwiches, eat 2 apples and 2 sandwiches. Your body will still think you're full of sandwiches but you will have consumed much fewer calories.
Replace part of your meals with green beans. Those are basically free bulk and go with everything savory. See how much of your meal you can replace before it stops being the meal and becomes seasoned green beans.

here's how, even if you're dirt poor, you can eat like a pig and not just be nutritionally complete, but can cut and be physically active and have strong cognitive function
buy lean ground chicken on sale - in my area, at least one store has it at $2.8 USD/lb almost any given week
ditto for lean pork/beef mix. always gonna be cheaper than straight beef, frequently 50% off big packs ($2.55/lb here right now), and good nutritional composition
is that still too expensive? buy the bulk value-brand frozen extra lean ground turkey/chicken. my go-to grocer has 400g tubes for $1.8 USD. it looks like pink goop but it's just water-jetted meat, no bones or organs. cook with aromatics, bouillon powder and herbs and it's easy to chow down on
buy broccoli (frozen cheapest, crowns if you can afford and/or prefer), carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in bulk - stores in my area sell frozen "spaghetti vegetable mix" which is just mirepoix with bell peppers. i spent a very autistic afternoon emptying a bag and calculating the exact ratio, and it was slightly cheaper than actually buying the vegetables themselves to dice them without even factoring in the time it would take. worth considering
cook everything without oil, or measure it and limit your volume - you need fat for hormonal regulation and cognitive function, so tossing a tbsp of olive oil onto your taters or veggies is fine, just always measure it, never eyeball. drain fat from the meat when you cook it. stir in mirepoix while it cooks, i do about 75% by weight (375g per 1lb meat). helps out tremendously with flavor (especially the budget goo meat) and forces in extra fiber+nutrients to keep you full, especially paired with the potatoes and a 3-5oz/75g serving of broccoli
do nothing but this for a month, go for a walk every day, do a lil bodyweight exercise and if you don't drop 10-20+ pounds per month you can come fuck my ass
make sure you're not drinking anything with sugar too. tea is your pal now
>>
>>21862530
hit limit
strongly suggest anyone doing this to avoid artificial sweeteners but it can help fatties get hooked onto this diet a lot easier. i like keeping a pack of sugar-free werthers original around and some sugar free fruit punch drink packets, at least when i started doing this. i'd keep a flat of water bottles in the fridge and make some 10 calorie fruit punch when craving got bad, and the werther's are a little treat
i went from around ~300 lbs down to 130 doing this in a year doing this. i was also a neet and could go for REALLY long walks when it was warmer: my strategy was to intentionally take a path that wasn't a loop, going the opposite direction of my house until i got tired, and that's when i'd 'allow' myself to walk back. psychological conditioning to push yourself harder - your body is capable, you just need to rewire it
also all the prices i listed are converted from CAD and are based on current sales prices at freshco in ontario canada. i can hit 2x my TDEE for like $5

My brothers in christ you cannot heat water above 212F, which is nowhere near hot enough to start crisping and frying your food. You've gotta hit like 350F at least, which you can only do with oil.

This is a retard question (I'm retard) but how do you get over the hurdle of freezer food being easier to cook?
Chicken and all that requires a clean pan and the stove and plates and time and effort, meanwhile I can just walk my depressed fat ass to the kitchen and shove a freezer pizza into the oven and call it a day...
I even bought a fucking industrial tomato slicer in hopes it'd get me to eat more tomatoes, since I enjoy them, and it has! But there's only so many shortcuts...

not a retard question, very reasonable concern i had to address when i started cooking a lot of that meat from frozen
if you can't bring yourself to plan ahead and defrost it, my advice is to just plop the frozen meat straight into a pot, fill with like an inch of water and use some corresponding bouillon, let it rip with the lid on. can basically ignore it until the water evaporates and by that point it'll be 90% defrosted (assuming you completely ignore it, the very core won't be, but once you dig it out it'll cook rapidly)
alternatively, and especially for moving into non-ground meats when they're on sale, i have begrudgingly become a fan of instantpots over the years purely for the ease of pressure cooking. stupid easy to chuck a chunk of something in there on high pressure for 30-45 mins and turn trash cuts into pretty solid stews. just gotta be more mindful of the fat when doing this - just don't go slurping the liquid if you pressure cook a non-lean cut. added bonus: pour all the leftover liquid from pressure cooking any meats into a container, chill, skim off the fat, re-use for another meal or make soup etc
on soup, pressure cooker can be great for making stupendously good soups on short order. this is more for cutting costs than calories, but pressure cooked lentil soup is comically inexpensive and delicious (and pretty healthy)

-Avoid eating after 8PM = better sleep, less chance of binge eating.
-Get a kitchen scale so you can actually measure the food youre eating. This will also make you a god at baking.
-Get a Ninja Blender or whatever. Ocean Spray Cran 5, pineapple, carrots, berries, etc just measure and blend. Good fiber, fills you up, low calorie if youre not retarded.
-Avoid alcohol for weeks at a time. Even one cheat day with alcohol involved can fuck up the whole week. Just avoid it for two weeks+ at a time.
-soda stream is based as fuck.

water doesn't get above 100c at 1atm and it's not hydrophobe
deepfrying let you cook things in a hotter liquid while removing the water from inside the thing being cooked because it's expulsed as vapor and doesn't mix with the oil, so even if you could get water at higher temp it wouldn't "dry" the food but instead make it soggier and diluting the flavors even more
added bonus, frying with animal fats and butter give better taste. I will take the french school of buttering everything over your no-taste cooklet meme
>>
>>
>>21862321
Since you're asking for "hacks" (and not reasonable advice that involves effort)
>Air fryer - will satisfy cravings for deep fried food like wings and fries for half the calories. Can easily cook whole proteins and sides of roasted veg if you're too lazy to work the stove.
>Just don't eat - Don't eat anything until dinner, then eat a massive dinner and don't eat again. This is called OMAD and is the easiest way to quickly lose weight with 0 effort. You can do longer fasts if you want but, as a fatass, you run the risk of health issues if not supplementing properly.
>eat low calorie substitute mock-products. Shritaki noodles/rice, resistant starch breads/wraps, sugar free drink mixes. This saves hundreds of calories a day if you NEED to eat those types of things.

honestly i love fat retards so its all good youre perfect
anyway have you ever had a stew? just chuck a bunch of meat and veg into a pot, brown the meat inside of the pot if you dare, bunch of veg, stock, let that gofor a few hours, some stew helper if you cant get it thick, some seasonings like maggi or soy sauce (add half a tbs of each till it tastes right)
its also cheaper to eat like that long term and better for you so it dont hurt to experiment
oh and dont walk away from it until you really know what youre doing lmao

if you can't abandon frozen food, just drop the pizzas and lasagnas, pick leaner meats, preferably fillets, introduce more fish and as many vegetables as mushrooms as you can stomach
even some frozen fish and chips with fresh squeezed lemon juice and some vegetables like peas, cauliflower and cabbage is better than a frozen pizza.
try to also introduce other stuff that's ready to eat, like yoghurt (not that sugary stuff, actual yoghurt), pesto, pickles, relish, etc.

I meant normal people sandwiches, not american.
Another protip - ask your bakery to slice your bread thinly. You only need enough to hold the other ingredients.
Also every sandwich should have at least 3 pieces of vegetable on it. Cucumber + tomato + lettuce works with almost everything.

Sandwiches often aren't fully filled.
Two sandwiches is bare minimum for a growing boy.
The third sandwich makes up for the unfilled corners of the first two.
The fourth sandwich usually isn't necessary, but it's prudent to ensure your energy reserves are topped off incase you find yourself in a SHTF situation later that day. You never know.

had a friend who was a total gym rat, he'd eat the most basic shit, like just boil spaghetti and broccoli, mix them, pour olive oil on them and call that a meal.
i was staying over at his place and he offered to make some chicken for us. i'd been cooking for a while at the time and i thought i was pretty decent at it, for a college kid, i could make some desserts and roasts and such. including chicken, but i'd always cut it up.
that fucker blew my mind when he just stuck the whole chicken in the oven with some salt and oil, blasted it for 40 minutes and it was done to perfection. i though you needed to have some meme rotisserie attachment or to go low and slow for a while and then use a thermometer and finish it at a higher temp to cook a whole chicken, thought it was some complex shit until then.

You don't even need the olive oil, the skin has enough fat to crisp up on its own. Just rub it with salt and chuck it in the oven.

I ate like 5 tbsp of ice cream earlier so I guess I don't need this advice.
>>
>>
>>21866473
I turned it off because it's too long and I don't need the advice. She's emphasizing that self-controlled eating is a "skill" that needs practice.
For me the biggest thing that helped was just being mindful of how much I was actually craving something. Is a giant bowl of ice cream really significantly better than the 5 spoons I ate earlier? No, and it will probably be worse because I feel like shit afterward.
>>
>>21866477
>Is a giant bowl of ice cream really significantly better than the 5 spoons I ate earlier?
Also my economics teacher in high school illustrated the concept of diminishing returns by asking one of the students to eat an entire box of donuts and rate how much he enjoyed each one. Predictably the last donut was much less enjoyable than the first. The same applies to pretty much everything when you're overeating, so what's the point?

>so the craving was definitively satisfied
It's about realizing the last donut (or second or third) is significantly less enjoyable than the first, combined with realizing donuts are junk food and making you fat, so when you are eating that 12th donut it is just as bad for you as the first, while being 1/100th as enjoyable. If you weren't craving a donut at all and someone offered you one, you would have to be a massive retard to eat it.

well yes. it's an addiction and probably some other mental illness as well. is this something you're realizing now? what did you think it was before? people not realizing that if they eat a lot, they'd get fat? and they needed that tiktok video to explain it to them?
>>
>>21867336
>people not realizing that if they eat a lot, they'd get fat?
The main reason people are fat is because they do not know what they are eating is not normal or reasonable. They think it is because almost everyone else is doing it so it is in some sense by definition normal. Literally the only thing I had to do to lose weight was be mindful about what I was eating, and be mindful about only eating when I was actually hungry instead of bored. If you were molested or something then sorry, but you're more likely just an unthoughtful retard.
