pals i'm going on a diet a week from today and i get to go to costco tomorrow, but don't have a membership and need ideas on tasty lower calorie stuff to stock up my fridge/freezer with. i only get one trip for now so anything "fresh" is kinda pointless.
in the past i've liked their marinated salmon, evol breakfast burritos, veggie frittatas, kimchi, tyson grilled chicken strips... but wondering if there's anything else that'll last a while, is good, fast, and doesn't require a lot of effort to heat up.

Frozen fruit is great for a quick snack, I like their blueberries, mango chunks, pineapple, and cherries (not always in stock).
The tortilla land uncooked tortillas are great for making light quesadillas (1 serving cheese on a TL tortilla is 250 cals), there’s 2 sealed packages per bag and they’re only seem to last 1-2 months
Frozen edamame bags are nice for a low cal salty snack.

how much weight do you want to lose?
how much weight WILL you lose? Strengthen that resolve, bro.
Are you a busy person?
1 can of chicken or tuna or sardines + onions + peppers + 1 triangle bun. That is 1 meal. You will lose weight.
Drink water and coffee/tea only.
Go for walks and keep yourself occupied to avoid teleporting into the kitchen with a burger in your beautiful hands.

Costco? Unless something changed their beef jerky is good. I wouldn't say it's like phenominal in terms of taste or whatever, but a lot of beef jerkies have a lot of fatty/chewy bits and from what I remember Costco's is like pure meat, not fat. Jerky is expensive, though and that's more of a suggestion for snack/curbing cravings than a meal.
Costco brand Greek Yogurt, too. I really doubt you'll enjoy taking spoonfuls of play 'gurt, but that's filling, very protein dense, and provides calcium (very important while dieting).
Uh....probably not the ideal suggestion but if you're there, you might as well get potatoes, beans, and rice in bulk. Yes pure carbs whatever, but still somewhat nutritious, gives you some fiber (depending on if you eat the skin or variety) but neither are bad for you. Obviously the portions are important.
Also I don't know Costco prices for everything but I'd suggest eggs.
Other than that it really depends where else you're shopping and what your overall diet plan and goal is, but I sincerely hope your plan includes resistance exercise.

Everything you listed is the opposite of trying to be on a diet.
You probably already went on the trip but next time buy those giant bags of single vegetables. Get 3 bags of spinach. If you eat them on their own. They dissapear way faster than their size indicates.
