the majority of humanity survived with the following for thousands of years, surely you can figure it out too
put any sort of lump of meat in a pot with water just covering it
raise heat to slow simmer, bubbling but just barely
leave for a few hours like this
add any sort of vegetable and spice you like, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, peas, corn, broccoli, it doesn't matter
optional, but recommended, add a starch like potato or rice
continue cooking slowly
taste it, add salt/pepper if it tastes bad
continue cooking if anything is hard/crunchy
otherwise it's done
serve in a bowl with bread, top with cheese and/or hot sauce if desired

Does your grocery store have a hot bar? Easiest recipe is get something from there while you're shopping and eat it with like some grapes (or an apple) and maybe a carrot or something.
Also cereal, poptarts uhhhhhhh you can make pizza pretty easily if you use a frozen pizza as a base then you know make your recipe with adding pepperoni slices and shred some more cheese on top and maybe some olivers.

If you wanna learn how to cook, the best way is watching tv shows and videos from people that actually show most of the cooking process. Jacque Pepin’s Fast Food My Way, J Kenji Lopez Alt’s youtube videos (his personality is annoying but his POV videos are good), Chef John on youtube, etc. Being able to see things like how ingredients are cut, what colors they are cooked to, and how fast things go are all very helpful. If you do just want recipes, I’d recommend picking up Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat.
