I don't make them anymore since I got a Lloyd Detroit style pan, but have one from a few years ago. Used Kenji's no-knead recipe. It's probably the best low-effort pizza you can make at home.

Charlie Anderson is good once you learn the basics but there's nothing wrong with no-knead dough when you're starting out, especially for something you want to be super high hydration like a deep dish.
