Congrats OP, I lived in a shithole that rivals yours. I told the landlord that if he didn’t fix my bathroom it would be a complete gutting. Landlord sold for a loss, new owners completely gutted the place and seemingly did an okay job at fixing it up.
Sorry you live in such a piece of shit dwelling. It drove me crazy. Now I live with a piece of shit (former friend) room mate and it is driving me crazy.

Looks fine. It has modern appliances and its relatively clean. The only issue is the lack of natural light but I don't know if this pic was taken at night and the room actually had plenty of natural light.
