what don't you like about it? I have no issues with mine. I'm using an induction plate because I don't have access to a real stove atm and I've been surprised how good it is. I prefer it to coil and electric stoves. gas stoves are better, but for what it is I don't have any real complaints.

I miss gas stoves. No matter where I cook, these things don't heat as good as fire. Watching my butter melt unevenly in my cast iron is so tilting. It hurts mentally.

Luckily, they can't fuck up ovens. Ovens are still safe from corruption.

i like them. if you're worried about scratching you can put a silicone mat over the glass.

Reminder that some induction stoves have been measured putting out sixteen times the USA's safe exposure limit for EM radiation

Meanwhile, just having a range hood installed and not even on reduces the risk of a gas stove explosion to nearly zero, as having an opening above the stove makes it very difficult for all but the worst gas leak to build up to explosive levels. Using the hood greatly reduces all other safety concerns, too. (You should use one regardless of your stove type, btw)
