Incase you're not pretended to be retard.
>crack 2 eggs into buttered/non-stick spray 8-10 inch pan
>for sunny side up with intact yolks set to 6.5/10, add a literal single handful (what you can cup with one hand) of water for steam, then cover
>do nothing until the yolks turn a bit white
>slide it onto plate
You don't even need a spatula. You don't touch it. Just tilt the pant onto the plate and cut in. Perfectly cooked and you got warm runny yolk. If you let it go 30 seconds longer after yolks turn white less yolk will be runny and more semi-solid.
If you want scrambled do the same thing but mix the egg and yolk in pan until it is all sorta of yellow and let sit for a bit. Once there is a semi-solid base formed (you will be able to see this) just start scraping the pan from the edge to the center in a circle pattern. Once you complete a circuit. Let it sit for 15-20 second and keep it moving around until all the liquid parts are semi-solid. Plate it and enjoy. The eggs will keep cooking for a minute or so after removing form heat so plate them once there is clearly no liquid even if it looks "wet". That is it. Eggs are pretty easy desu
