I have a visceral hate reaction to blood and bones in food. Which includes but is not limited to:
meat gristle
bones in fish and chicken wings (I prefer strips)
liver/kidney
As far as cooking goes, I generally dislike:
Chefs that go ballistic over gram level scaling portions.
Bakers that put wax sprinkles and fondant on everything.
Server's that can't alter any dish at all "unless you have an allergy" because "that's what the owner wanted" forcing you to lie to get what you actually dislike removed from the food.

Creamed spinach, especially stouffers. I like spinach in many other ways, but creamed spinach makes me gag every time
Chicken too, but it’s pretty easy to cook it in a way that overpowers the chicken flavor.
