33yo male here.
I've been eating tuna almost daily every day for the past six years. I'm also up to date on all of my vaccines and boosters. I want to get as much mercury and other heavy metals in my body as possible. The goal is to have sufficient enough neural deterioration that by the time I'm in my 40s I become a significant burden to my family and shortly thereafter a ward of the state (taxpayers).
I haven't had any checkups recently but I can already tell I have strange bouts if brain fog that come and go almost daily. Is there a particular vaccine or food I should try that almost ensures early onset dementia?

AI slop ads on news articles currently suggest sugar (specifically honey?), bottled water, and olive oil for this purpose.

Also alcoholic wet brain is the ticket to really early dementia. You just need to drink constantly and not eat and you get a severe vitamin B1 deficiency that mimics dementia. Wernicke Korsakoff syndrome. It's scary. You can speed the process with benzos. Long term benzo use also causes early onset dementia. I don't recommend any of this and I know OP is just having a giggle but alcoholic and benzo wet brained 40 year olds are really sad to see.

Drink a lot, particularly gin. It’s linked heavily with dementia and neuropathy.
Hopefully you change your mind though!
Why do you want that to be your life? Won’t even be able to post on 4chan or play video games that way

You need to also microplasticsmax since they are linked to neural degeneration and diseases like dementia.
Also avoid exercise as much as possible and remain chronically dehydrated.

Hardly, this is contained entirely within anon. He isn't exposing anyone else to his self harm and when he dies it expires entirely.
