Use other condiments or just regular hot sauces without diluting them with butter so you know they're actually HOT?
Hot wings are much more popular around the world, Korean style wings don't use buffalo sauce either but some honey mustard shit.

Asians used them in cooking long before the Buffalo Wings craze. Dad (Filipino) used to complain that the prices spiked after Buffalo Wings became popular. He used them to make stocks and adobos.
Pretty damn tasty, too!

NTA
NO
Americans take items and just rename it, adding something American, like a town or state to it, this goes for everything.
Had this debate before . . .. .B . .b . . .But Buffalo wings have Franks sauce, etc.
It's nothing different that hasn't been done before.

Oh, so since anyone ever has done a different sauce of a completely different variety before it therefore disqualifies the dominance of the American association with that thing?
Are Pringles not an American invention?
