Not sure if this is the place to ask but do any of you take vitamins? If so which ones? I’ve been taking all of these, everyday, for the past 3 weeks and have found a drastic change in my mood and sleep for the better.

Don't take zinc every day unless you have an infection
It will deplete your body's copper which is not particularly bioavailable and you will lose pigmentation, particularly in your hair
D3 isn't bioavailable without K, K2 in particular
Also start taking NAC and glucosamine, don't wait until you need them
Serrapeptase if you have breathing problems or, actually, lots of things, add it to your list if you can afford it

right on, I experimented with each one on there own for awhile. I actually break the zinc pills in half per day after they made me violently projectile vomit. I also assume the mulit's have enough.
The fish oil was what literally blew my mind. I was taking 3 of those a day and man, they made my dreams fucking INSANE and super intense.

Well, sort of, it expedites the use of copper, but in the way that it's supposed to be used, as opposed to depleting it without using it
I just don't want this Anon to go silver too soon
There are copper supplements that...have some indications that they help
Realistically we should all just eat liver once a week at least
A tube of braunschweiger is like, four bucks

I've often thought of buying a large plastic tub large enough for me to fit into so I could fill it with colloidal silver solution and turn myself blue over the course of years.
Other than that, NAC and K of some sort as other anons have said, you'll also want magnesium and, if you cum, L-arginine.

Don't take anything if you are not aware of what it is and whether or not you even need it.
I take vitamin D in the winter. Fish oil for bad skin because I don't eat a lot of fish and I know I don't get omega-3 anywhere else.
I take zinc and magnesium just in case my testosterone levels may not be optimal and I am ok with pissing it out if I didn't need it.
Multivitamin is for people who don't know what they are doing. It may cover some of your bases. Taking multivitamin on top of other supplements is retarded.
Calcium is a complete waste unless you are 60 year old woman, vegan or you have osteoporosis.
Vitamin C is a waste unless you are a pirate in 1600. If you need a vitamin C supplement you are probably on your deathbed already. It's a myth that you need to take extra vitamin C to fight viruses or whatever stupid shit people say to sell you vitamin C. If you can recall the last time you ate a fruit or some veggies, you should be fine.

As a perpetual nightshift worker the only thing I really need to take is K2 + D3
These seem to get the job done and I don't have to special order them

anyone know about cyanicobalamin or anything else in picrel?
D3 + K2 works wonders, i will take it until i die.
just started NAC

the single most important vitamin is C most people are chronically deficient. the RDA of 30mg is WAY too low by at least one order of magnitude. I take 500mg per day.
I take D3 every 4 days.
B12 every other day as I have congenital malabsorbtion condition.
B6 every other day.
magnesium every day
and zinc every other day.

this is bullshit. vitamin C is a preventative of hardening of the arteries. people with low C have micro fissures in the arteries. never skimp on C if your body doesn't need it, it just pisses it out. but who the fuck cares. I would rather take more than I need than not enough.

Like a good guy I try to get everything from my diet, but we don't control everything so...
Every day the following:
> 1 Tbsp of cod liver oil because I'm a pale white man in the northern hemisphere.
> Vitamin D3 + K2 capsule outside of summer.
What else could you possibly need if you don't eat like a burger?

RDA is 90 in usa and 80 in europe with the upper limit being 2000. You pulled that 30 out of your ass. The RDA is sufficient, unless you're sick then you wanna add some extra citrus to your diet. But there's no need to supplement it.

>after they made me violently projectile vomit
I feel you, they make me really nauseous too sometimes. It's unpredictable but I'd say like 1 in 7

Break the pill in half if it’s scored and take them with both meals of the day. Don’t just take it in a single meal because you might not absorb the vitamins well and just excrete them instead.
The multivitamin I take isn’t even scored and I just use a pill cutter to do it. You shouldn’t do this with medication that doesn’t have a score, but the multivitamin is safe.

I also do nightshifts, please explain why you take those

not the nightshift anon.
not sure why D3 + K2 might be good for nights.
for me, D3 does nothing by itself.
i switched to D3 + K2 and a bad tooth cavity stopped hurting.
keeping up on supplements and actually cleaning my teeth kept the pain away.
just supplements and just cleaning did not help independently.

I've been experimenting for a long time with basically every supplement there is as well as frequent blood testing, being very aware that like 90% of supplements do very little unless you're already deficient.
Main focus has been cognitive enhancement, quality sleep and skincare. And after 15 years of trials and errors I've got the perfect stack. I can't be assed typing them all out, nor do I expect people to spend as much money as I do so I'll just list the holy trinity of each, which assumes that you have no vitamin or mineral deficiencies:
>Cognitive enhancement: L-Tyrosine, NAC, Bromantane (if legal in your country. basically like modafinil without any of the downsides)
>Quality sleep: ZMA, GABA, Glycine
>Skincare: Hydrolyzed collagen peptides (15g/day), Pycnogenol, Hyaluronic acid
Omega 3 improves all 3 and should be part of every persons supplment stack as a bare minimum.
