You don't even need a female seiyuu.
All they have to do is only give trap roles to seiyuu with natural extremely cute voices or that can put convincingly girly voices like Murase Ayumu, Sakakihara Yuuki, Kousaka Tomoya, Yamamoto Kazutomi, Tokudome Shinnosuke, Nagatsuka Takuma (and the list goes on), not normal dudes that can only sound like a typical male which doesn't fit the character at all.
It's not like I don't like them, it's just that I don't like the trap to fully break at any time other than when the dick is shown which outside of porn it never happens but all you need is the character officially stated to be male.

A normal man voice feels like it undermines the purpose of an intentional trap. They're trying to convince people that they're a girl. A man voice makes that impossible. You can somewhat obscure parts of a masculine figure with clothes, you can shave facial and body hair, but you can't do anything about a man voice. The instant he opens his mouth, he will have failed as a trap.
It's less objectionable for unintentional traps who are mistaken for girls without them trying. Then the illusion being broken when they speak isn't making all their efforts a waste since they weren't making any effort to appear as a girl in the first place.
