I wish we had a decent successor to Sizebox. A less janky program/game with beyond the bare minimum features would be nice, especially with VR support so you can just import a model and pose it. For what it's worth blender has a VR preview mode. The performance is obviously shit, it runs on eevee for rendering but if your hardware can take handle it that'll be an option.
The problem with making something like that is posing, most game engine don't ship the animation editing system for the runtime especially for unity which is still the best for VR. So any dev wanting to do it would have to implement an animation system from scratch or find one to integrate.

So, recently I've found a very well made Unity hentai game that's supposed to be for Vanilla sex content, but there's a Body Size slider included (which can be edited further than the limit of the game itself via some files) which simply opens for some S-Tier scenes I've made.
Basically, there's a bunch of popular models and you can pose them however you want, all their body parts are rigged very well and you can make your own scenes with however many tinies/giantessess you want, either naked, clothed, barefeet, etc. You can go POV or free camera as well. The film is still happening. The director moved over to Skydance Animation and is now making "Untitled Jack and the Beanstalk movie". There is a surprising amount of concept art around. Pic related is the only official rendering we've ever had though. I've a load of the art collected but this isn't the place for it. There were multiple overhauls and the version they unveiled wasn't the final version (Spanish setting made a bit more generic with a melting pot city instead (although possibly some Gaudi influence). Inma at various points was also older and more of a warrior girl but that seemed the pre-D23 version.

Disney have completely scrapped it, their next fairy tale is currently The Princess and the Pea. they even released the work people did on Gigantic, which is why we know three of the (repurposed) songs from it:
